GWOCF Programs
We Support Women, Widows, and orphans to Reach Their Full Potential
At Greymond Women, Orphans and Charity Foundation (GWOCF), we are dedicated to empowering vulnerable individuals and families especially women, widows, and orphans through targeted programs that promote education, health, and economic independence.
Each initiative aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and focuses on creating sustainable, long-term impact in communities across the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.
Our Programs
Scholarship Program for Vulnerable Students
Education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty. Through our Scholarship Program, GWOCF provides educational support to 50 students currently enrolled in public schools across Abuja.
The scholarship covers school fees, uniforms, learning materials, and other educational essentials to ensure that every child, especially orphans and children from low-income families has the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed.
Beyond financial aid, GWOCF offers mentorship, performance monitoring, and emotional support to help beneficiaries reach their full potential and become tomorrow’s leaders.
Health Sensitization Campaign
We recently concluded a Health Sensitization Program at Junior Secondary School, Mpape, focusing on personal hygiene, nutrition, menstrual health, and preventive healthcare.
The campaign educated students on the importance of maintaining healthy lifestyles and making informed choices about their well-being.
By promoting health awareness at the grassroots level, GWOCF continues to build stronger, healthier communities where every child has the chance to thrive.
